Many people enjoy the flexibility of online hypnotherapy sessions. Results are the same as in person.
Full Consultation
Full Consultations take 45 mins and involve a full history of the phobia and any relevant information. This is to ensure that I understand what the phobia involves and to create a plan for working together.
I will explain how this phobia is created and therefore how we can replace it with a new pattern.
You will receive an audio recording to listen to after the consultation that will start the process of overcoming your phobia.
Cost for Consultation £65
Following the consultation sessions will be one hour and cost £85
Emergency Appointment
If you have to travel at the last minute or you haven't left enough time before your flight and you are feeling anxious, I may be able to do a last minute session or two depending on how long you have.
These sessions are a condensed version of the usual approach and are extremely effective (there is no need to book a consultation as we will cover this in the session)
Please be aware that I often have limited availability and so choice of appointment time may not be possible. In order to secure the session you will need to make payment and fill in the consent form which will be sent out along with the appointment time, unfortunately I cannot hold sessions without this.
